The most important thing I can say about this place is the communicating with Castel was so helpful and always positive . And also location is so good especially everything near and closed to you .

Highly recommended - very clean and comfortable, well-located, and thanks to the backup power, we did not experience any cuts in our time staying here, which was critical given the winter weather. Castel was very communicative as well.

This is my fourth stay at Castel's place, and I can't recommend it enough. The location is unbeatable—private and calm yet in the city center. The flat is well-designed, clean, and uncluttered, with all necessary amenities for a short stay. I stayed through major electricity cuts and several shellings, and the apartment was as manageable as possible under the circumstances. Castel has clearly worked to make the space functional even without power.

Tastefully furnished, very clean, and well-equipped apartment. Communication was excellent, and Castel even accommodated me with an early check-in two hours ahead of time — thank you very much. The only thing I’d suggest is having some drinking water available in the apartment — at least a few bottles. Other than that, I have no complaints. Thanks again, and all the best. Слава Україні! 🇺🇦

Great location - right in the center of the city, but quiet enough. The apartment is cozy and has all amenities. Very convenient check-in. Castel was a great host who provided the best online manual that covers every possible question (with a description of every device in the apartment).

I did not stay with Castel, but support the people of Ukraine while they fight the invasion from Russia. I pray they will be able to rebuild their lives and country soon.
