Fully suits 2 adults and up to 2 kids (or 1 adult) on a large transformable sofa. The apartment is located on the 4th floor and there is no elevator.

The apartment is located in the city centre on Pecherskyi Descent with upscale bars and restaurants around. At the same time, our building is inside a lavish green and quiet yard. An Italian restaurant Bigoli with a nice breakfast is down across the street. Several restaurants, bars, gourmet groceries, a wine enoteca and a cigar club de Habano are close by. One of the best Italian pizzerias in town (Napule) and a splendid fine-dining restaurant (Shoti) are within 5 minutes walking.

The apartment has 24/7 access and comes with all the necessary amenities: - high-speed wi-fi internet access & cable TV - queen-size bed - fully-equipped modern kitchen with a spacious fridge - designer furniture - balcony - washing machine - heated floors & conditioner - cable for direct internet connection to the router(UTC/LAN). As well as independently heated water, iron, iron desk, hair-dryer, toilet & shower amenities. The apartment is located on the 4th floor and there is no elevator. Excellent for a couple or a family. No smoking, no parties, no animals. The flat is fully suitable for animal-allergic guests.
