The apartment is located in the heart of the city centre on Velyka Vasylkivs'ka Street with lots of restaurants, banks & shops. At the same time, our historic building is inside a green yard & very quiet. Several cafes & bakeries with a nice breakfast are literary just downstairs and outside the arch.

The apartment has 24/7 access and comes with all the necessary amenities: - high-speed both wi-fi and cable internet access - cable TV - king-size bed - fully-equipped modern kitchen with a spacious fridge - designer furniture & a vast walk-in wardrobe - balcony - washing & drying machine - heated floors & conditioners - cable for a direct internet connection to the router (UTC/LAN).
