Lovely and cosy flat. Excellent location, lively neighbourhood though it is quiet in the flat because in a courtyard...we had a very pleasant stay. I would highly recommend it.

Очень хорошая квартира — новая современная мебель, тихо, очень тепло. Утром поют птицы — слышно через закрытые окна. В квартире были фрукты, чай, всевозможная посуда и хорошая кухня. Рядом находится большой парк, откуда открывается панорамный вид на реку и город, огромный старинный монастырский комплекс, музей Арсенал. Рядом есть супермаркеты и кафе. В пешеходной доступности станция метро Арсенальная. Хорошие, приятные в общении хозяева, стремящиеся решить все возникающие у гостей вопросы. В целом, нет никаких замечаний — рекомендую всем эту квартиру, вы не пожалеете.

Прекрасная небольшая квартира со стильным, необычным дизайном в стиле лофт. Идеальна для романтического путешествия) Новая мебель, все чисто и очень уютно. В квартире все продумано, вплоть до мелочей - есть фен, утюг, стиральная машина, кондиционер, огромный телевизор, теплый пол по всей квартире, на кухне полный набор посуды, красивые бокалы, в ванной полотенца, шампуни и мыло. Для гостей даже предусмотрены йогурты, фрукты и конфетки) Расположение идеально, до центра города 15-20 минут пешком. Мы остались очень довольны, что выбрали именно эти апартаменты.

One of the best Airbnb experience we had (and we had a few). An amazing apartment, stylish, cozy, sparkling clean, in perfect condition and with everything (and extra) needed for a comfortable stay. The service and communication were top notch (they even had an airport transfer service) and we have no complains whatsoever, only praise. We will definitely try rent the apartment next time we visit Kiev.

An extremely stylish space which comes with a well fitted kitchen and eating area and on top of that has a very comfy bed and sofa. It's also ideally located only a 5 min walk from the famous Gulliver center, also close to the metro and various bars/restaurants/supermarkets all within a couple minutes walking distance. And to top of this amazing space it comes with an incredible host so if you're looking to stay in Kiev this place is a must stay 🙂

This is a fantastic apartment! It's really comfortable, clean and cosy and has everything you need to feel at home. The apartment is very central and it's easy to get to many of the sights of Kiev. There is a good supermarket and plenty of places to eat good food and shop within minutes walk of the apartment. It's also remarkably quiet considering its location. Yulia was a fantastic host and was quick to respond to any queries I had as well as being very flexible and polite. I would be glad to stay here again and recommend it to anyone wishing to visit the city. Thank you!
